RTL’s brief is to focus on forging long term partnerships with a consolidated portfolio of suppliers that deliver high quality products at competitive terms, with particular emphasis on local sustainable produce where possible.

Procurement Partners will be providing purchasing and operational support, working closely with the Ralph Trustees chefs and management team.
