Matt has worked in the hospitality sector for over 35 years starting in the meat trade before moving on to the seafood industry, speciality food supply and as a founding director of PSL for 24 years.
Over the past 3 years Matt has been an integral part of the team setting up the British Game Alliance and also worked for a luxury seafood business and a tech based start up food procurement company.
